We took a car we were considering buying there for an a diagnostic evaluation. I believe they did a good and thorough job. They also took our appointment on rather short notice. Seems like a good and honest place.

Came in today based on the good reviews and super convenient location. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed but they helped me sort it out. Ended up getting diagnostics done to troubleshoot some issues I'd been having and thankfully it all came back good. It was worth it to have piece of mind. They also checked out the rest of my car and spotted a few things that need repair - which I was grateful to learn. I'll start working my way through that list and report back again. But for now I'm happy with my 1st visit to this shop and will happily come back. Good customer service and clean shop.

I actually called the wrong number and for some reason led me here. Spoke with Travis and said they do auto repairs. I had told him my car problems and had me come in. Gave it a pretty thorough diagnostic and told me the problems I had not to mention the problems I was also not aware of. Fixed them in pretty quick and was fairly priced unlike the service that North Park Toyota quoted me on. Very professional and definitely recommend Texas Auto Repairs for future car problems. "I originally went to Texas Auto Repair for shocks, struts, and a brake re-check, and they did a fantastic job. Recently, I had an emergency when my car started making a noise. My wife is recovering from a stroke, so my car needs to be reliable, and I called them in a panic. They got me in right away. Even though I was stressed about leaving my car overnight, they made me feel completely safe and secure. I have absolute trust in this shop. They truly care about their customers. I had an excellent experience at Texas Auto Repair, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this shop is run the right way. John, the owner, runs an honest, professional operation, and that attitude carries through the entire team. Thomas, who runs the front end, was a huge help throughout the whole process. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure there were no surprises. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing right by the customer. The work itself was handled by Oscar, and he did an outstanding job. The repairs were done quickly, but never felt rushed, and the quality of the work was excellent. You can tell Oscar takes pride in what he does and pays attention to the details. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected and running great. What really stood out was how the entire team went above and beyond. The pricing was very fair, the turnaround time was fast, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. This place was great! Treated me fairly, told me exactly what to expect with the cost and stuck to it. They didn’t sugar coat anything nor did they try to sell me. They were honest and told me the amount it will cost to fix it isn’t worth the money. If you need your car looked at with no bs and want a fair price, my advice, call Thomas. This guy helped me and even helped with getting my car towed to the repair shop for a super affordable fee! I will be coming back for any car issues in the future! They have earned a customer for life!
